Our team then selects appropriate trade contractors and manages the entire project to ensure a seamless process. We create a detailed concept board design, which is reviewed online with the client to incorporate any feedback. This ensures the design aligns with the desired aesthetic and functional requirements of the property.

A comprehensive furniture layout plan is developed, alongside expert guidance on paint and materials. We also handle the sourcing of all necessary materials and products, ensuring high-quality selections that enhance the property’s appeal. This meticulous attention to detail helps transform the space into an inviting, market-ready home.

The Sell The House service also includes two weeks of post-project email support to address any final questions or adjustments. This full-service approach is designed to maximise the property's attractiveness to potential buyers, helping estate agents and developers achieve quicker and more profitable sales.
